Made on demand

Every ADVRSRY tee is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner Printify after you order. We don’t keep inventory — your tee is made for you. Because of this, we follow a quality-issue only return policy.

What we cover

Full refund or free replacement if your order arrives:

  • Damaged (rip, hole, stain)
  • Wrong item / wrong size shipped (our error)
  • Print defect (smudge, misalignment, fading from day 1)
  • Never delivered (tracked & lost in transit)

What we don’t cover

  • You ordered the wrong size — please use the size chart before ordering
  • You changed your mind
  • Normal wear and tear after use / washing
  • Color difference between screen and physical product (we print on garment-dyed black cotton, expect natural variation)

How to request

Email contatc@brotto.io within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Order number
  2. Photo of the defect or wrong item
  3. Brief description

Within 48 hours we’ll respond with a free replacement or full refund (via Stripe — back to the original card, 5-10 business days to reflect).

Order cancellation

You can cancel a paid order only if production hasn’t started — usually within 2 hours of placing it. Email us ASAP. After production starts, cancellation is not possible.
